Updated April 5, 20261 views
You can check whether your license is active from your dashboard or directly from your server via SSH.
From Your Dashboard
- Log in to your account
- Go to Licenses
- Each license shows its current status
License Status Meanings
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | License is valid and working |
| Suspended | Payment overdue — add funds to reactivate |
| Expired | License billing period ended — renew to reactivate |
| Pending | License is being provisioned |
From Your Server (SSH)
Connect to your server and run the verify command for your product:
| Product | Verify Command |
|---|---|
| cPanel | Terminal |
| Plesk | plesk bin license -c |
| LiteSpeed | Terminal |
| CloudLinux | clnreg_ks --check |
| Imunify360 | imunify360-agent version |
| CXS | Terminal |
| JetBackup | jetapps --list |
You can also use the quick verify shortcut for any product:
Terminal
lpk<ProductName>Troubleshooting
License shows "Suspended"
Your wallet balance may be empty. Add funds to your wallet and the license will reactivate automatically. See our Wallet & Deposit Bonus article.
License shows "Active" but product says unlicensed
Try refreshing the license from your server:
Terminal
lpk<ProductName>If the issue persists, reinstall the license — see our Reinstall License article.
