How the Wallet Works on Licence.pk
Most of our customers run more than one licence, and every licence has its own renewal date. Keeping track of all of them is the annoying part. The wallet solves that. You put money in once, and your invoices pay themselves out of it.
Everything here is in Pakistani Rupees, because that is what Licence.pk bills in.

Putting money in
- Sign in and open Wallet from the menu.
- Type the amount you want to add.
- Pay by card.
- The money is in your wallet straight away.
The smallest top-up is PKR 200. The largest in one go is PKR 1,000,000 — if you need more than that in a single payment, message us and we will arrange it.
The bonus, in real numbers
Bigger top-ups carry extra credit. Here is exactly what you get.
| You pay | Bonus | Lands in your wallet |
|---|---|---|
| PKR 1,000 | 2% | PKR 1,020 |
| PKR 2,000 | 5% | PKR 2,100 |
| PKR 5,000 | 7% | PKR 5,350 |
| PKR 10,000 | 10% | PKR 11,000 |
| PKR 15,000 | 12% | PKR 16,800 |
| PKR 20,000 | 15% | PKR 23,000 |
| PKR 35,000 | 20% | PKR 42,000 |

Two things worth knowing:
- Only one tier applies to a top-up — the highest one your amount reaches. Put in PKR 12,000 and you are on the PKR 10,000 tier, so you get 10%.
- The bonus is not a one-time welcome offer. Every qualifying top-up earns it, this month and next.
How your invoices get paid
Seven days before a licence is due to expire, we create the invoice for it. If there is money in your wallet at that moment, the invoice is paid from it there and then. You get the receipt by email and the licence keeps running.
Money in the wallet means the invoice is settled the day it is made. That is the whole rule.
A few details behind it:
- If several invoices are waiting, we settle the overdue ones first, then the smaller ones, then the ones due soonest.
- If your balance only covers part of an invoice, that part is applied and the rest stays due. You pay the remainder whenever you like.
- Top-up invoices are never paid from the wallet. That would be the wallet paying itself.
If you want to stop a licence
Cancel it before the renewal invoice is created — that is more than seven days before the expiry date. Do it then and no invoice is ever raised, so nothing leaves your wallet.
Once the invoice exists and you have a balance, it is paid straight away. If that happens and it should not have, open a ticket and we will look at it with you.
Questions we get asked
Does my credit expire if I do not use it?+
No. It sits in your account until you spend it. There is no clock on it.
Can I take the money back out?+
Wallet credit is for buying licences and services on Licence.pk. It is not a bank account, so please only top up what you expect to spend with us.
Can I pay with EasyPaisa or JazzCash?+
Yes, at checkout — EasyPaisa, JazzCash, local bank transfer and debit cards are all there when you pay an invoice. Wallet top-ups themselves go through card payment.
Does the bonus count as real money?+
Yes. Once it is in your wallet it is the same as the rest of your balance and buys any product we sell.
Can I top up automatically?+
Yes. On the Wallet page, set a level and an amount under Auto-Topup. When your balance falls below that level we charge your saved card for the amount you chose and add it to your wallet. You need to have paid with a card at least once so we have one saved.
My top-up payment failed. Did I lose the money?+
No. If the payment does not go through, no credit is added and nothing is charged. Try again, or use a different card.
Where do I see what happened to my balance?+
The Wallet page lists every line — each top-up, each bonus, each invoice paid from it — with the running balance next to it.
