Terms of Service

Welcome to Licence.Pk. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. Services

Licence.Pk is a license reseller providing genuine software licenses for web hosting and server management products including, but not limited to: cPanel/WHM, Plesk, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed Web Server, Imunify360, KernelCare, Softaculous, JetBackup, and other related products. We act as an authorized reseller and all licenses are sourced directly from vendors or their authorized distribution channels.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without prior approval.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. License Terms

  • All licenses are provided "as-is" and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective software vendor.
  • Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Monthly licenses renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Lifetime licenses are valid for the lifetime of the product version and do not include major version upgrades unless specified.
  • IP changes are available as per the license type. RC licenses support unlimited IP changes; GB licenses include 1 free IP change per month.
  • Licence.Pk is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of licensed software on your servers.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website (PKR, USD, or AED depending on your selection).
  • Payment can be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, PayPal, or Stripe as available.
  • Prices are subject to change. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the rate at which they were purchased until the next renewal cycle.
  • Deposits made to your account wallet are non-refundable and can only be used toward purchasing licenses or services on our platform.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of software licensing:

  • Once a license has been activated or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • If a license fails to activate due to an error on our end, we will either replace the license or issue a full refund.
  • Refund requests for unused licenses must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any illegal activities including hosting illegal content
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious software
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
  • Hosting phishing pages or fraudulent websites
  • Any activity that violates the terms of the software vendor
  • Reselling licenses below our published prices without authorization

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent payment activities
  • Abuse our support system
  • Fail to pay for services rendered

Upon termination, all active licenses associated with the account may be revoked.

8. Support

  • Support is provided via ticket system and WhatsApp during business hours.
  • We provide support for license activation, IP changes, renewals, and billing inquiries.
  • We do not provide server administration, coding, or software installation support unless offered as a separate paid service.
  • Response times may vary; we aim to respond within 2-4 hours during business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

Licence.Pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
