Purchasing a license is simple. Browse our product catalog, select the license you need (cPanel, Plesk, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Imunify360, etc.), choose your preferred billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual), and proceed to checkout. Enter your server IP address during the order process. Once payment is confirmed, your license is activated automatically within minutes. You can manage all your licenses from your client dashboard.

If you need to move your license to a different server or your server IP changes, you can request an IP change through your client dashboard. Simply go to your active license, click the IP Change option, and enter your new server IP address. The change is processed instantly in most cases. Depending on the license type, you may have a limited number of free IP changes per month. If you need assistance, our support team can help you with the IP change process.

We offer flexible billing cycles to suit your needs: Monthly (pay as you go, ideal for testing or short-term use), Quarterly (every 3 months, with a small discount), Semi-Annual (every 6 months, better savings), and Annual (once a year, maximum savings of up to 15-25% compared to monthly). You can change your billing cycle at renewal time. Annual billing is recommended for production servers as it offers the best value and ensures uninterrupted service.

When your license expires, the associated software on your server will stop functioning or switch to a limited/trial mode. For cPanel, the interface will show a license expired warning and may restrict access. For CloudLinux, the kernel features will be disabled. For LiteSpeed, the server will fall back to a limited free version. We send reminder emails before expiry so you have time to renew. To avoid disruption, we recommend enabling auto-renewal or choosing a longer billing cycle. If your license has expired, simply make a payment through your dashboard to reactivate it immediately.

We offer multiple support channels. You can open a support ticket from your client dashboard for technical issues or billing queries - our team typically responds within a few hours. Our support team is available to help with license activation issues, IP changes, billing questions, and general guidance on which license products are right for your server setup.

We offer a fair refund policy. If you experience a technical issue with your license that we cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please note that refunds are not available for licenses that have been actively used for more than 7 days, or if the license was suspended due to payment fraud or abuse. For annual licenses, partial refunds may be available on a prorated basis. To request a refund, please open a support ticket with your order details and the reason for the refund request.

License installation depends on the product type. For cPanel/WHM: The license is IP-based and activates automatically. Simply verify the license in WHM under Server Configuration > License. If needed, run /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt from the command line. For CloudLinux: Install using the conversion script provided by CloudLinux. Run wget https://repo.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux/sources/cln/cldeploy and then sh cldeploy -k your-license-key followed by a reboot. For LiteSpeed: Download and install LiteSpeed Web Server, then enter your serial number during installation or in the admin panel. For Imunify360: Install via wget https://repo.imunify360.cloudlinux.com/defence360/i360deploy.sh and then bash i360deploy.sh --key your-license-key. Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your license at any time. For example, if you have a cPanel Admin license (up to 5 accounts) and your hosting business grows, you can upgrade to cPanel Pro (up to 30 accounts) or cPanel Plus (up to 50 accounts). Simply open a support ticket or contact us, and we will adjust your license. For upgrades, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. For downgrades, the change will take effect at your next renewal.
